Multinational vehicle wash and care organisation.
Due to growth & internal promotion it’s UK subsidiary are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow the business further.
Specifically focussed upon the Heavy (Commercial Vehicle) Wash market.
To sell commercial vehicle wash equipment & chemicals in line with set KPI’s and sales targets
Developing leads opportunities provided by the company marketing activity across existing markets with new and current customers and key accounts.
Self generate leads within new and emerging markets
Prepare timely quotations for potential customers
Follow up all leads to close
Manage own time and appointments
CRM management to plan and manage pipeline and sales
Ensure customer information is kept up to date
Provide regular accurate sales forecasts
Advise clients how to increase the revenue from their valeting equipment

Skills :
Experienced in Business Development and account management in commercial vehicle, transport and logistics or associated industries
Experience in vehicle wash industry would be advantageous
Successful track record of generating sales from scratch and developing existing customer base
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle
Knowledge of the industrial sales process
Keep up to date on industry and competitor changes
Regular travel and overnight stays within the remit of the role
Occasional customer visits where required to HQ in Spain.
