Job Description

My rapidly growing client, based in Aston, are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.


Working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and you will be paid £8.91 per hour.


Duties include:
• Delivering a high level of customer service when answering calls
• Scanning, filing and other administrative duties
• Responding to emails in a timely manner
• Working well as part of a team


The right candidate will:
• Be available immediately
• Have a strong, professional telephone manner
• Have previous experience within a customer service/ administration role
