My established client, based in Aston, are seeking an Internal Sales/ Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

A salary of £24,000 – £26,000 is on offer dependent on experience, as well as a flexible approach to working hours.
The right candidate will:
-Have at least 5 years’ experience within a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
-Have a good level of education (A Level as minimum)
-Be enthusiastic, professional and have a mature demeanour
-Have strong customer service, sales and account management skills
-Be confident in generating accurate estimates and quotations
Duties for this role include:
-Handling customer calls and emails in a professional manner
-Taking responsibility for the sales forecast and levels of activity
-Actively generating new business and sales leads
-Generating estimates and providing customers with information in the manner they require
-Liaising with transport to minimise cost and book in deliveries, where required
-Managing stock and customer demand
-Providing work orders to the factory in an accurate, timely manner
-Ensuring materials and products are available to complete orders within the agreed lead time
