Based in Birmingham

7:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday

My client is looking for a Production Manager who has Manufacturing experience, to join their forward-thinking and passionate business. My client is a leading UK Manufacturer who is looking to expand their team to fit in line with a solid 2 year business plan they have.

You will ideally be a forward-thinking, ambitious and creative Production Manager who thrives on a challenge and really wants to be part of something exciting.

My client also offers an exceptional benefits package, including unlimited holidays for their Management team.

Your duties will involve:

Looking at the processes from start to finish, analyse these and make improvements.
The successful Production Manager will be involved in some exciting projects, including the redesigning of the factory.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 12 but this will grow considerably over a period of 2 years and you will be a big part of this.
The Production Manager will liaise with Cell Team leaders and oversee the day to day operation of the factory.
Supply chain and procurement.
Recognising high performance and rewarding accomplishments.
You will also delegate tasks and set deadlines for team members.
You will need to have previously worked as a Production Manager, Production Team Leader, Factory Manager, Factory Team leader, Manufacturing Manager or Manufacturing Team Leader.
