My valued client, based in Coventry are seeking a Office Sales Manager to join their friendly team.
It is a great time to join this company, as they are rapidly growing and have had an extremely successful year.
A salary of £24,000 is on offer, as well as working hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Duties for this position include...
- Overseeing all office personnel, including an immediate team of 4
- Training, supporting and encouraging good sales practises within the office
- Ensuring the smooth running of all departments
- Increasing productivity and customer satisfaction
- Using a strong product knowledge to sell to a variety of businesses

- Have previous experience selling in a business to business capacity
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude
- Be able to motivate and support a team
- Have strong leadership skills
- Be able to correct and increase team performance
