Our client is looking for a TIG Welder to join their growing team.
Full time, permanent position for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
Perform TIG (141) welding on aluminium fabrications ranging from 1.5mm – 30mm
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and effectively
Conduct visual inspection of welds to BS EN ISO 17673:2022 standards
Work with the production team to meet project targets and deadlines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Continue internal and external training to maintain qualification to BS EN ISO 9606

Skills :
Proven experience with TIG (141) welding aluminium
Experience working to certified or highly regulated standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to fine tolerances
Good organisational and problem-solving skills
Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Motorsport, or similar industries
NVQ/City & Guilds in welding, fabrication, or a relevant engineering subject
