Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry trends.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Demonstrated success in generating leads, developing new business, and closing sales deals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to analyse market data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
