One of our clients in Alcester are currently on the look out for a Internal Sales Coordinator
What the position will entail:
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on strategies and provide customer feedback.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify market trends and inform sales strategies.
- Share insights with the team to enhance product offerings and improve customer experiences

Skills :
• Certificate/diploma in marketing, business, or a related field would be desirable
• 2+ years of experience in internal sales support or sales administration, preferably in B2B or e-commerce environments.
