Job Title: Storage Administrator
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week)
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Location: Redditch
HR Employment are currently recruiting for a Storage Administrator for an existing client, currently going through a period of growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a warehousing administrative role, along with hands-on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and knowledge of stock control processes. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting operations, liaising with customers, and ensuring stock records remain accurate and up to date.
Previous experience/skills required:
• At least 1 year experience in a warehousing administrative role
• Experience using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Knowledge of stock control and stock accuracy
• Strong communication, customer service, and IT skills
• A proactive, positive, and detail-driven approach
• Ability to work well as part of a team
Main duties of the role:
• Orders and stock bookings processed accurately and on time
• Stock levels and records kept up to date with minimal discrepancies
• Customer queries handled promptly, professionally, and helpfully
• Effective communication with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
• A proactive approach to solving issues and preventing errors
• A positive contribution to team culture, reliability, and efficiency
