Tenancy Support Assistant

3-6 month contract
4 days on site & 1 day WFH
Rate: £15.70 - £17.59 (PAYE) £20.82 - £23.33 (UMBRELLA)
Inside IR35
Start date: ASAP

Assist the Tenancy Support Officer to provide intensive support to tenants who are already living in homes who have complex needs to ensure they have a support plan that meets their needs.

Provide a tenancy support service that enables tenants to sustain their tenancy and live independently.

Previous experience dealing with the public, ability to work on own initiative and investigate issues and develop recommendations for action.

Hybrid Working - A full driving license is essential for this post.
