We are looking to hire an entrepreneurial Senior OR Principal level Recruitment Consultant with a minimum 2 year Legal background within recruitment.
NO COLD SALES – NO STRICT KPI’S!!
The commission structure is one of the best in the industry with up to 40% commission paid monthly, quarterly and annually.
For this specific role you''ll have an enormous section of the market to go at, the pick of top clients & because the team isn''t saturated, you''ll be able to progress quicker & earn more money.
The Legal team operates across a range of major national and international companies. This is a consultancy service that specialises in placing lawyers into new roles across businesses and law firms.

Their approach to recruitment is collaborative and consultative so instead of constant cold calling, sending countless spec CVs or meeting pointless KPIs you''ll be working autonomously in a mature environment.
Main Duties:
Network generation and attracting new candidates through posting creative job adverts, searching for CVs on main job boards & using the internal database plus social media channels such as LinkedIn.
Screening candidates, arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates.
Building strong relationships with candidates and clients via written communications (emails and LinkedIn messages) and verbal communications (phone calls, video calls and face-to-face meetings).
