One of our clients are currently looking for a hard working Operations Administrator to work within their office department.
The role is temp to perm ongoing
Monday-Friday full time
7am-3pm
£12ph
Duties include:
Assisting in the management, distribution, and training of various EHS systems & paperwork, with specific focus on Environmental control and reporting.
Collation of Site documentation, updating & maintenance of centralised tracking systems & timely distribution of reports.
Raising PO Numbers, dealing with timecard’s for workers and tracking of absences.
Support in Site Contractor Processes, through certification, contractor inductions, singing in contractors on both generalised and specific permits and filing of relevant documentation.
Assisting Site Leadership in monitoring metrics for day-to-day operations.
General office-based tasks including filing and archiving
Completing basic human resource tasks
Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require
