This superb opportunity is for a great recruitment team based in Redditch.
Due to expansion this superb agency is looking for an experienced Senior 360 Recruiter to join the Industrial team.
You will be running a warm desk with jobs to work on. You will be sales focused and have business development experience. This is a full 360 recruitment role.
MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE to attend client visits.
Welcome any sector.
Office hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm and on call phone is on a rota (calls are rare just for emergencies mainly).
Small team of 5 including the Director who is extremely friendly and supportive.
