Do you have Finance Management experience with a Degree in Accounting or an ACC, CIMA part-qualified or qualified?

The successful Finance Manager will be based in the Birmingham office where you will manage up to 5 employees. You will be working in a for a company that attracts talent from all over the world, working in a family orientated and flexible environment.
You will be responsible for overseeing financial analyses, budgeting forecasting and accounting procedures.
Also overseeing compliance in an effort to meet corporate and divisional short-term and long-term financial goals and objectives.
The Finance Manager will perform accounting and controlling activities and provide management to a small team of 5.
Dealing with accounting records and reports, including the general ledger, asset inventories and various special analysis.
Developing and monitoring the implementation of finance related timetables such as budget preparation, sales forecasts and departmental operation expenses.
Preparing reports and statistics reflecting earnings, profits, expenses, and other financial data.
You will be responsible for reviewing the activities of accounting department personnel, including the posting of journal entries, payment of invoices, billing completed, contractual cost reduction obligations
Preparing tax declarations, responsible for tax questions.
There will also be other Financial duties involved so previous experience is essential.
Skills :
A Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CIMA part-qualified or qualified. Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and relevant statutory accounting.
