Basic from £28k to £35k
(will certainly pay more basic for higher biller - all depending on your billings)

This agency is a successful £60 million pound turnover agency looking to be £100 million by end of 2025. Extremely exciting times and are looking for several talented Recruiters to work in Birmingham.
This is working within their new Education division - looking for experienced recruiters in either primary, secondary or SEN schools must be willing to do the sales and build up your empire.
You will be joining a successful, fun, friendly and hardworking team of 2 Recruiters and a Resourcer.
You will need to have experience of setting up and managing an education desk, this will include new business, client visits, candidate attraction and monthly/weekly billings.
The Duties Of The Recruitment Consultant Will Include
Matching high calibre candidates to positions.
Conducting assessments and interviews.
Managing and developing an existing client database.
Developing new business through visits, calls and emails.
Building good working relationships with new and existing clients.
Working towards set targets and KPIs.
Promoting the company brand through networking.
Attending client meetings both new and existing.
Meeting candidate face to face and interviewing daily.
Negotiating with clients on fees and rates.
Forecasting of future sales.
Writing and adverting of positions on various job boards.
The Ideal Recruitment Consultant Will Have
Experience within a similar education role.
The ability to make sales calls and generate new business.
The ability to undertake a 360-degree recruitment role.
Excellent communication skills.
The drive and desire to make money.
The salary for this role will depend on experience, commission is also uncapped.
Commission structure starts from 10% up to 20%.
If you over achieve £20k monthly you shall receive an extra £4k commission and if you hit over £150k by end of year you shall receive extra £10k bonus!!
