Are you an experienced, Multi-skilled Engineer and looking for new role that offers variety and challenges? this role could be for you!
Working across multiple areas in the Midlands, the suitable candidate will be tasked with providing and maintaining a high level of building maintenance support to our client’s sites.
Joining a team of facilities management support staff, you will be ensuring that the service provided meets the contractual requirements and complies with all current regulations. Ensuring the buildings remain in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Main Duties will include:
• Ensure that the day-to-day planned preventative maintenance activities of building maintenance is completed in line with our agreed service levels
• Ensure all assets are maintained in accordance with industry standard requirements.
• Supervising contractors and sub-contractors to oversee compliance with all statutory obligations
• Health and Safety legislation and Company policy. (Fire regulations, COSHH, Safe working practices, PPE, PAT testing etc)
• Carry out reactive repairs within agreed response and rectification times.
• Keep all plant/rooms / services enclosures clean, tidy safe and secure
• Assist other engineers / staff with their duties as required
• To be part of the on-call rota with other engineers.

Skills :
- Time served apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ qualification in HVAC.
- Minimum 5 years of providing service and maintenance on HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
- NVQ or City & Guilds in the following: Electrical Engineer or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection
- Ability to undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required within the scope of the contract
- A Full UK Driving Licence. max 3points allowed for insurance purposes
