We care currently vacancies within a centrally based Birmingham client for the right candidates that can demonstrate excellent Machine Operating experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Setting up and Operating machines effectively
• You must carry out QA checks and accurately complete company documentation
• Participate in team meetings to ensure that the production targets are achieved.
• Any faults or break downs with machinery are to be reported directly to the supervisor or management.
• Meeting agreed deadlines set by the supervisor.
• Report issues to the team leader or management.
• Actively encouraged to improve the manufacturing process.
• General Housekeeping
Mon-Fri - rotating weekly shifts 0600-1400 / 1430-2230
£12.44per hour including shift allowance

Skills :
- Machine operating experience is essential with a good understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of operating machines such as CMC Paperwrap, CMC 250, Sitma poly or similar machines is an advantage.
- Must have good verbal and clear written communication skills.
- Must demonstrate attention to detail and quality at all times
- PC Literacy skills to operate the inhouse systems
- Flexible towards working hours where additional hours may be required to meet business needs
