We are scouting for a variety of recruitment positions such as: Resourcers, Senior Recruiters, Principals, Managing and Team Leaders.

You''ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for contract roles in the UK Financial Services and Banking sectors. You''ll leverage your network and creative sourcing strategies to engage specialised finance talent for key client hiring needs. These are highly established desks. It is more Consultancy service they offer rather than a general recruitment agency.


Your role will include owning full-cycle recruiting, managing clients, headhunting, and managing processes. You''ll be responsible for conducting screenings and managing interview processes with candidates, advising clients and hiring managers on recruitment strategy, and enhancing process efficiency and the candidate experience.


For the Recruiters role you will need 3+ years of experience in high volume financial services or banking recruitment environments, demonstrated ability to source passive senior candidates, client management and team leadership abilities, expert knowledge of the financial and banking sector talent landscapes, and a consultative approach and communication skills.

For Resourcers we will welcome 12 months to 2 years’ experience within a financial market.
