Job Description
We are looking for a Sales / Office Administrator to join our team and provide support to our sales and production teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one or two customer accounts, processing sales orders, and providing administrative support to the sales teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, an eye for detail, a good sense of humour and be proactive in their work.
Must have good Excel, Word and Office 365 Skills.
Responsibilities:
• Answering the main phone line and redirecting calls / dealing with customers / suppliers.
• Keeping an eye on customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction, keeping them up to date with order progression while liaising with production
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Helping the Production manager with any supplier issues and tracking orders due
• Be able to send off quotations to customers when needed and to follow them up
• Develop and maintain relationships suppliers and customers.
• Prepare reports on sales activities
• Processing orders, on our internal systems, informing customers of delivery dates.
• Data Inputting onto new IT system
• Checking Prices / Data when needed
Starting salary:
Salary: £25,000
Rising to £27,000 after 3 months probation
Temp to Perm opportunity
Skills :
Must have good Excel, Word and Office 365 Skills.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
