Job Description
You will be a part of highly skilled Mechanical Engineering team. Being an experienced and qualified Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you will need to be able to demonstrate effective communication skills with all departments to make sure that daily goals are achieved.
The salary is dependant on experience. 25 days paid holiday plus all bank holidays. A 40 hour working week. Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Paid sick scheme, BHSF benefit scheme, free life assurance and access to a stakeholder pension scheme.

* Supervisory skills
* You will have experience of mechanical equipment
* Excellent computer skills
* Be abler to train and mentor a team
* Be able to use and interpret drawings and technical information
* Educated to RQF level 3 in practical Mechanical Fitting/engineering discipline as a minimum.
* A minimum of three years supervisory experience in an industrial mechanical maintenance environment.
