Job Description
- Booking in equipment for resale, photographing and listing devices on various selling
platforms
- Responding to customer enquiries and preparing quotes and proforma invoices for both
new and second hand equipment leads as well as other department offerings
- Raising job cards, purchase orders and arranging reconditioning of devices
- Maintaining accurate sales records and monitoring stock, via database maintenance and
use of stock control inventory software
- Assist with warehouse support as needed and team with a Stores person if required on
driving duties to assist
- Use of forklift truck as and when required, training and permission given
- Providing support to the Resale Manager and all team members in support of the Resale
division
