You will be working for a UK based, friendly company who operate world-wide within the Manufacturing and Distribution sector.
Ideally, you will need to have previous experience working in an administration role is a requirement, with knowledge of Word and basic Excel.
Hours of work are 8.45am to 5pm with 1-hour lunch break Monday to Friday (36.25 hours), although they have some flexibility.
The Administration Assistants duties involve:
. You will be exporting customers orders, which will consist of inputting orders onto the system
. Replying to customers orders and dealing with queries on a daily basis.
. The successful Administration Assistant will also be dealing with basic Export documentation.
. This will be a busy role with other duties involved, such as answering the phones and other office based duties.
Skills :
You will need to have previous Administration skills with an eye for detail and knowledge of Word and Excel.
