Objective of the role
This role will bring value to the business by supporting the Customer Service department ensuring all
processes are completed by month end. The candidate will be proactive in finalising the current months
paperwork and queries to ensure month end process can be completed smoothly and timely.
Main Duties
Log incoming consignment notes once received from the transfer station.
Update database with any changes that have been made against the original list.
Process nonconformance paperwork.
Complete certificates of destruction and DVDs.
Complete monthly Chemsafe log using drivers daily worksheets.
Address and resolve any queries with Technical and Transfer Station.
Answer incoming phone calls and distribute accordingly.
Respond to customer queries in a polite and timely manner.
General administration duties including scanning and filing
Skills :
High Attention to Detail and Accuracy
Competent Microsoft Office user, in particular Excel.
