Senior Air Product Coordinator Position
Hours: Full Time, Permanent, 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Between 25-30k per annum

Do you want to put your rapport building and negotiation skills to good use?
We are looking for someone with these skill sets to join one of our clients, working with the Air Product Team in creating new business, managing billing queries, complaints and reports. This is a great opportunity to join a large freight forwarding company in their pursuit to grow even further.
You will be:
- Supporting the product, network and sales teams as well as other branches in achieving their respective business objectives.
- Identifying and reporting optimization possibilities in approach, processes and policies.
- Managing commercial rates submitted by other team''s quotations
- Responding to and acting on all network requests for quotations
- Ensuring that all follow up processes are managed
- Maintaining databases and spreadsheets, creating solutions for current rate prcing
- Analysing the volume and pricing data from clients and network to guide commercial decisions
- Update and maintain pricing databases and tools
- Creating new business opportunities, customer accounts, and SOP''s
- Managing and acting on all complaints, issues and escalations
- Using Cargo Wise and Sharepoint to record quotes and remain compliant
- Cross training staff to ensure that the business runs smoothly when short staffed
- Working with branches over seas and product suppliers to provide a competitive and commercially viable service offering
You will need:
- Freight Forwarding and/or Logistics Experience (minimum 2 years)
- An understanding of freight products and operational processes (Both import and export)
- Good communication
- Excellent telemarketing and negotiation skills
- A high level understanding of Microsoft Excel
- The ability to use multiple platforms confidently
- Excellent rapport building skills

Skills :
- Freight Forwarding and Logistics experience is a necessity
