You will be working within a warehouse environment which store and manage historical archive boxes and document files.
Within the role you will be working with highly confidential files and will carry out various duties within Records Management such as:-
Archiving Moving old files and documents to correct warehouse location Numerical and Alphabetical order
Scanning Prepping documents to put through scanners so all paper files become electronic
Moving Files checking files are in order and moving to correct archive boxes if needed
Boxing Moving boxes to right location in warehouse
Data Entry Updating spreadsheets once archive box has been checked and complete.
Full training will be given.
Safety Boots & Hi Viz will need to be worn at all times
Must have good attention to detail and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures contained in the Health and Safety, Quality, Information Security, Environmental and
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Management Systems.
Report any Health & Safety, Quality, Information Security, Environmental and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery incidents to your supervisor or line manager.
Responsible for promoting a professional image of the Company and for complying with the Companys Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policies at all times, including work related events which take place outside normal working hours
To comply with all Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 Legislation and Security Procedures and ensure that good housekeeping is maintained.
Ensure all security standards are met including system log on log off procedures
Complete relevant paperwork as required, and follow the processes as documented in the procedures manual. Ensuring highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ensure records are picked and handled in the appropriate manner.
Ensure correct download of PDT and correct resolution of exceptions.
Ensure correct use of Management system
Due to the nature of work a DBS will be carried out when you start work.
