Job Description

Archive Centre Operative
Monday to Friday
8am till 5pm
£10.00 per hour

Night warehouse operative
Monday to Friday
5pm till 2.00am
£10.00 per hour increases to £11.58 per hour after 11pm

Duties include
Prepare and process files/boxes/tapes for storage
Retrieve files/boxes/ tapes for delivery/ destruction as instruction by client
Maintain secure storage environment
Ensure customer data is secure
Scanning in data when required
Provide data to line manager when required
Keep warehouse and other utilised space clean, tidy and free from hazards
Must wear safety boots and high vis

Skills :

Good I.T skills Experience Microsoft Office Good standard of numeracy and literacy Ability to follow instruction Work under pressure and to deadlines Ability to work as part of a team Previous warehouse experience
