Hours: Temporary to Permanent Contract, Part time (30 hours / 4 days a week)

My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their finance team as an Accounts Administration Assistant. This position requires you to:
Match and log invoices to assigned deadlines
- Chase invoices (ensuring that all details are correct
- Carry out credit control phone calls
- Carry out general administrative duties
- Daily Data Entry, using a keen eye to ensure that all data entry is correct
We are ideally looking for someone who has Purchase Ledger Experience and Accounts Experience, although if you have several years of Administrative Experience and a can do attitude, Accounts Training will be provided.
