Job Description
The main purpose of this role is to assist the Relocation Division in achieving budgeted profit targets all in accordance with agreed standards of performance and presentation with particular focus in the Life Science & Pharmaceutical sector.
This will be a very hands on role where you will have 9 direct reports, who will oversee a workforce size of 120+
The development and implementation of an agreed, detailed business plan
Maintain a business plan which gives clear direction to the business in pursuit of agreed key business objectives (eg sales growth, increased market share)
Provide a framework of leadership and direction that defines an appropriate divisional ethos, inspiring staff, maximises the potential of the business
Ensure that regulations and legislation are complied with, that disputes are dealt with quickly and properly, that sound business practices are followed and thus the Company’s image and value is maintained and enhanced
