CDP/ Sous Chef Required
£25-28K per year based on experienced
45.5 hours per week inclusive of weekends
Flexibility is essential
Must have experience working within a busy kitchen for a prestige hotel in Redditch
Will be responsible for covers including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service as well as producing covers for weddings, functions and conferences
Ideally the candidate needs to have a minimum of 1 years experience as CDP chef entry level
Duties will include
Prepping and production of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinners services, this would also include functions that are scheduled.
Reporting to the head chef
Be responsible for commis chefs
Stock taking, stock ordering, recording of wastage
Be capable to cover head chef on days off and holiday
Skills :
