Job Description

My successful client, based on the outskirts of Solihull, are seeking a Project Co-ordinator to join their vibrant team.

A competitive salary is on offer, dependent on experience, as well as additional company benefits.

Duties for this role include:
• Producing Health and Safety files and Construction Phase Plans- carrying them though to near-completion
• Controlling incoming documents - specifications, tenders, pre-construction information, etc.
• Supporting with incoming emails and queries, whilst the Project Engineer/Manager is out on-site
• Meeting with suppliers and contractors to seek improved prices and rates, based on lists provided by the Project Engineer/Manager
• Planning and programming- enabling arrangements to be made more quickly, using a live calendar for impending site visits etc.

The right candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar role, with some Construction/Engineering Coordination experience.
