Job Description
My successful client, based on the outskirts of Solihull, are seeking a Project Co-ordinator to join their vibrant team.

Duties for this role include:
Producing Health and Safety files and Construction Phase Plans- carrying them though to near-completion
Controlling incoming documents - specifications, tenders, pre-construction information, etc.
Supporting with incoming emails and queries, whilst the Project Engineer/Manager is out on-site
Meeting with suppliers and contractors to seek improved prices and rates, based on lists provided by the Project Engineer/Manager
Planning and programming- enabling arrangements to be made more quickly, using a live calendar for impending site visits etc.
The right candidate will have at least 3 years experience within a similar role, with some Construction/Engineering Coordination experience.
