Our client is a market leader in their field and are now recruiting for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join their busy team in Telford.
Must have excellent CAD skills (Solidworks 2019) and ideally 2D experience.
Utilise Solidworks to create full integrity 3D models of complex mechanical assemblies.
Compile accurate BOM''s, proactively liaising with purchasing where new items or suppliers need to be found.
Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry, safety, business standards and regulations.
Knowledge of fabrication techniques.
Degree qualified in mechanical engineering, ideally with a structural background.
