There will be an opportunity to grow a division there and build on something. Core hours 8:30-5pm but they allow people to work flexi hours and a day or so from home. 2 people in the Wolverhampton office at the moment, they''re looking to add to that, someone with existing contacts who''s interested in working in an adult environment. No micro managing or strict KPI''s, their targets finance lead by them. Car parking facilities and beautiful offices with a business lounge, serving fresh food and drinks.
Very competitive bonus structure with a threshold of 2k. Would want down to earth people that will fit in, doesn''t like the arrogant type of recruiter.
They do incentives when Covid isn''t around such as trips to vegas, all expenses paid day at the races. Team all in 30''s and 40''s - want someone who''s going to fit in and create a nice buzz.
