Job Description
Due to expansion our client is looking for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor. This is an exciting time to be joining a rapidly expanding company.
The successful candidate will
Have the ability to express findings of risk assessments in a clear & concise manner
Be flexible and have a positive can-do attitude
Hold a UK driving licence with less than 3 points
Have at least 2 years experience in legionella risk assessment and production of clear and detailed schematic drawings in hand written form. CAD experience will be an advantage
Have the ability for occasional overnight stays, paid for by the company with business expenses

Skills :
Key responsibilities: -
Completion of legionella risk assessments on all types of residential and commercial buildings to comply with relevant legislation
Inspection of management procedures and log books
Liaising with customers on site and giving guidance and consultancy in terms of risk and compliance
Producing hard drawn schematic documents to be sent to CAD designers
The candidate may from time to time be expected to assist other members of the team with remedial works, and pick up monitoring visits as the business needs dictate
