Management and deployment of cloud solutions, Azure services and Office 365.
Management and deployment of on-premises Windows Server deployments, a strong understanding of RDS and Remote Access solutions desirable.
Strong understanding of Office Networking and wireless architecture, devices and security consisting of routers,firewalls and switches.
Software systems consisting of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop OS, Microsoft Cloud Technologies, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, SharePoint, Remote Desktop, SQL, Security and Antivirus, and other
applications.
Backup and Disaster Recovery processes, procedures and software, hardware, and architecture.
Security process, procedures, hardware, software, and network architecture that promote best practice security while maintaining a functional user base.
Pre-Sales Technical solutions consultancy.
Being available to be deployed to a client site to resolve issues that require an onsite presence.
Project related installations of IT systems and solutions.
Maintaining technical documentation to ensure client records are up to date.
Working as part of a team on project related work, assisting with planning and implementation activities.
IT End-User Support
Skills :
A track record of success in the IT industry and/or software deployment/support roles.
At least 2 years experience in the IT industry, providing B2B services.
Knowledge or experience within the logistics industry and with logistics technologies is advantageous.
Exceptional customer relationship and interpersonal skills, inspiring confidence in everybody you speak to.
A strong working knowledge of IT and infrastructure.
Strong Windows Server and Domain Services and Client administration knowledge.
Experience administering and implementing Microsoft 365 Solutions.
Excellent customer service/customer management skills.
