Installations Delivery Executive (Temporary Contract)
Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:30pm
Rate of pay: £16.36 per hour
** ONCE TRAINING IS COMPLETED YOU WILL WORK FROM HOME 2 DAYS EACH WEEK **
This is a temporary position, working for a period of up to 6-12 months, possibly longer
Do you have previous Administration/Customer Services experience and enjoy working in a busy environment?
As an Installations Administrator your duties will involve:
You will mainly be responsible for ensuring the engineers slots have all been allocated by the service providers.
Using Salesforce on a daily basis so you will ideally have working knowledge of this.
Initially the role will involve producing lots of reports and working on Excel so Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential and the ability to work to deadlines.
You may also eventually be liaising with Customers, keeping your contacts up to date on the process and escalating any issues that may arise.
Also updating and completing lead-in reports for connected services.
My client is looking for someone who is pro-active with great communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Skills :
You will need to have solid Customer Services or Scheduling experience, working in a busy environment, with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
