Job Description
My client is a trusted and well-known Manufacturer, who have a reputation for quality and consistency. They have been established for over 40 years and with 11 locations they continue to grow. They are now recruiting for an experienced IT Support candidate to join their established team, where you will report to the IT Manager.
The duties of the IT Administrator will involve:
. You will be doing a varied role, which will include providing the teams at head office and across the UK with first line IT support.
. Assisting with setting up the new trade portal, which will mainly involve creating/editing product photo''s, text etc for uploading.
. Email Marketing, SEO and dealing with company website updates.
. The successful IT Support Advisor will assist with general IT queries.
. Your position will also involve other duties such as installing cameras into the Warehouse.
. Updating the catalogues and website to company standard.
. Creating and editing photos of the product range and liaising with the stock department and suppliers regarding products that aren''t
directly manufactured by the company.
. Supporting the IT Manager with supporting the planning and delivering of new software.
. Also getting involved in other ad-hoc projects which may include assisting with the upgrade of phones, computer hardware etc.
Skills :
You will need some basic IT support experience, such as dealing with company website improvements, google analytics and editing product photo''s.
