Job Description
Position based in Redditch on a public Transport Route (57/58 Bus Route)
Position will involve:-
Prepping and scanning documents containing confidential, sensitive data anything from.
Booking in: Using excel to search for confidential records (must have experience using excel). Scanning barcodes etc.
May be required to stand using big machinery (ibml scanner) to scan through documents if required.
Prepping: Sorting through documents to make sure all information goes to the correct person before scanning.
Scanning: You will be using an individual scanner to copy all records making them into digital copies.
Drawing Scanner: You may be required to photo copy any drawings/posters. This will also be a standing job.
Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure form due to dealing with sensitive data

Skills :
Good Organization Skills
Data Inputting - Experience in Microsoft Excel
Must have excellent literacy
Must be familiar with Microsoft packages
Good Time and Attendance
