Service Supervisor wanted for large blue chip organisation - NEC Area
We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to join a large blue-chip organisation in the NEC Area. The role will include managing a team of around 8 people, ensuring SLA''s and KPI''s are being met, as well as managing the outbound workers.
Experience in people management is essential, as well as being PC Literate, and have experience using a variety of systems including telephony.
