Job Description
Customer Service Advisors Permanent Roles MK15 Area - Immediate Start working for a large corporate Blue Chip Organisation.
Our client seeks strong customer service advisor to be based onsite with their client in Milton Keynes for two days a week and working from home for the other three days a week.
Core Duties
- Primary role is to confirm vehicle availability, making amendments where necessary to ensure
accuracy of job details
- To provide an efficient and accurate data input service for movements received via phone,
email, electronic import and verbally
- To act as a point of contact in house at their clients Head Office, to swiftly resolve any customer
complaints/MBFS queries. Take corrective action in order to prevent reoccurrence of events
in compliance with departmental ISO 9002 guidelines.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally and offering the best customer experience.
- Remain proactive and prioritise workloads with the ability to meet required deadlines.
- Liaise with Driver Control department to resolve any customer/internal query
- Arrange collections/deliveries to a date and time convenient to the customer in conjunction
with Driver Control department
- To provide day to day support to Senior Customer Service advisors and Customer Service
Supervisors
- Produce reports as required using appropriate software
- Analyse reports to ensure agreed SLA’s are met
- Check and maintain an efficient filling system
- Review processes, highlight and implement any efficiencies and improvements
- Provide assistance to relevant functions where required
- To assume responsibility for Health and Safety of self and fellow employees at all times
- Any other duties as may be reasonable
Skills :
Customer Service, exemplary telephone manner, PC Literate
Must have telephone or call centre experience. Must have worked to targets or KPI''s previously.
