HR Employment Bureau Ltd are an independently owned and run recruitment business with locations is Birmingham, Redditch and the north East. We have been established since 2008 and are looking for recruitment consultants to join our Birmingham office.
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results.
To be successful in this role, you should:
Demonstrate a first-class ability in building and maintaining client relationships
Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding performance in a sales or recruitment role
Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy working in a small, tight-knit team
Be highly motivated, proactive, and a self-starter who can hit the ground running
You will be responsible for building a portfolio of clients that will use HR Employment Bureau Ltd to fulfil their current and future vacancies. Using your sales skills, personality and determination to contact businesses across the UK to develop business relationships. This will be a 360 role and you will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of both temporary and permanent placements.
We have an open ended commission structure so there is no limit to what you can earn with numerous other benefits.
