Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable Paint Sprayer to join their team in Redditch. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in producing a high-quality finish and can work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces and components ready for painting
Apply paint and coatings using spray-painting equipment
Achieve a consistent, high-quality finish
Mix and prepare paints and coatings to the required specifications
Inspect finished work and identify any defects or imperfections
Carry out touch-ups and corrections where required
Maintain spray guns, equipment and the work area
Follow health & safety procedures and company standards
Work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently

Skills :
Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer
Good knowledge of paint spraying techniques and equipment
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Good understanding of workplace health & safety
Experience with different paint types and finishes would be advantageous
