Hybrid role - 2 days based in the Hatfield office and 3 days WFH
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9-5pm

What the role involves:
You will be responsible for driving the initial customer experience.
Dealing with inbound enquiries that come via whatsapp, email and live chat. Also managing customer communication via telephone and other forms of communication.
Booking free site visits for the area sales managers.
Account ownership, managing B2B enquiries for private and insurance clients.
Taking full ownership of the customer journey from start to finish, including the allocation of complaints to other departments.
Quality control and administration based duties, inputting information onto Salesforce.

Skills :
Previous experience of working as a claims handler with working knowledge of salesforce would be an advantage but it isn''t essential. You will need to be a self-starter who''s used to working in a KPI driven environment with great communication skills,
