Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is a long established precision engineering company with over 20 years’ experience supplying high quality components and assemblies to sectors including Science & Medical, Oil & Gas, Automotive, and more. We’re a small, friendly, and highly skilled team and we’re looking for an experienced CNC Turning Setter & Operator to join the team on a permanent basis.
About the Role
We are seeking someone who can confidently programme, set and operate CNC lathes (Fanuc control is essential), work from engineering drawings, and contribute to a fast paced manufacturing environment.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience setting & operating Fanuc-controlled CNC turners (essential)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Solid background in manufacturing
• Practical problem-solving skills and a drive for innovation
• Hands on, proactive attitude with strong team spirit
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
Schedule
• Monday–Thursday Day Shift
• 37 hours per week
• Overtime available on selected Fridays
