Job Description
Our client is looking for a trainee setter to join their team.
The role will be working as part of our experienced team, doing your part to maintain our high quality standards, and low scrap levels.
The successful Candidate must be a proactive individual, willing to learn new skills at pace.
Once full training is given you will be responsible for setting and running extrusion lines, maintaining quality through continuous QC.
Following a successful interview you will receive a full induction into the company.
Initially you will undergo 4 weeks of training on our day shift pattern, you will learn basic terminologies, tooling and machinery setting processes, material
processes, paperwork and QC training.
Uniform Will be provided by the company, as well as a new toolbox and new tools.

Skills :
Experience in extrusion equipment would be advantageous but not essential
Experience in working with machinery in a factory setting.
Candidate must have good communication skills,
Keen eye for detail and ability to work off own initiative, and
a strong team player.
