We are seeking a skilled and reliable Paint Sprayer Operative to join our manufacturing team in Redditch.
The role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint finishes using spray equipment, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring products meet required standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting spraying, good attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast paced production environment.
Key duties include
Preparing components for painting cleaning, masking, and surface preparation
Operating spray painting equipment to achieve high quality finishes
Inspecting finished products and correcting defects where required
Following health & safety procedures and production standards
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
