Job Description
My client is a public sector based company, who employs 900 staff, including a team of 23 in their HR department.
They''re urgently looking for a HR Advisor to join their busy team on a temporary basis due to various absences within the team.
The contract will be for an initial period of 6 weeks but it could potentially lead to something more long-term.
Skills :
You will need to have previous experience of working as a HR Advisor with complex case management experience, including disciplinaries, grievances and absences. Ideally you will have a CIPD Level 5 or the equivalent in experience.
