Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer based in Derbyshire to join our client.
You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and keeping operations running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to equipment breakdowns performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring all service work is documented accurately.
Main Responsibilities as a Field Service Engineer
Attend customer sites to diagnose and repair vehicle wash equipment
Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance visits
Ensure all service calls are completed within agreed SLA timeframes
Accurately document all service work using a company issued tablet and software
Maintain van stock levels and ensure all company tools and equipment are in good working condition
Comply with all company health and safety procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote long term partnerships

Skills :
Strong fault finding and problem solving abilities
Working knowledge of single and three phase electrical systems
Mechanical and electrical engineering experience preferred
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a field based environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Valid Full UK Driving License
