Job Description
My client is a well-established business, who continue to go from strength to strength. They''re a manufacturing company who specialise in branded, private-label products.
This role will be office-based 3 days each week and working from home for 2 days.
As an Account Manager you will be the primary liaison between the company and its retail or brand clients, whilst supporting the Sales Manager/National Sales Manager. Your goal will be to foster client relationships, drive revenue growth.
You will support the Sales Manager with managing the diary and dealing whilst nurturing the client relationship from start to finish.
Liaising with the warehouse, arranging for samples to be sent to the clients and following this up.
Act as the strategic point of contact for assigned clients (e.g., retailers, brand licensees).
Understand client needs, anticipate their business direction, and communicate critical insights back to internal design, manufacturing, and marketing teams.
Track sales performance, order fulfilment, inventory status, and customer feedback.
Provide regular reports and insights to both internal leadership and external clients.
Manage project timelines to align with client launch cycles and seasonal retail demands.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where every day will be different.
Ideally, you will need at least two years previous account management experience.
