Job Description

My client is a well known/established Manufacturer who employs 200 staff whilst running a multi-million pound business.

Their staff are at the heart of what they do - everyone has a voice!

** You will need to have a full driving license **

This is a fully office-based role, working 40 hours per week Mon-Friday 8am-4.30pm (30 minutes break).

You will be dealing with calls and taking sales orders.
Processing credits, collection notes and checking customer accounts.
Taking payments from Trade customers, answering queries and building customer relationships.
Processing invoices and quotes.
Calling existing customers and building relationships.
Supporting the Manager and to deal with other sales related issues.
Checking supplier paperwork and carrying out stock checks.
Picking, packing orders and liaising with Warehouse colleagues.
You will be working in an extremely friendly and busy environment where every day is different.

Skills :

You will need previous Warehouse based experience with knowledge of using Microsoft Office and liaising with customers.
