Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Bromsgrove
Full time, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
HR Employment Bureau are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join a well-established company based in Bromsgrove. The role is full time, office based. You will be responsible for ensuring their customers have an outstanding experience!
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring clients information is recorded correctly and any updates are made.
Ensuring that the CRM system and databases are up to date with correct information.
Management of all telephone calls.
Management of email inboxes, ensuring that clients are responded to promptly.
Ensuring that update letters and email are sent out to customers on a regular basis.
All office administration tasks.
Co-ordinating appointments with our customers and clients.
Requirements:
Previous experience within a customer focused role.
IT literate.
Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Professional approach.
